With the rolling hills of Tennessee rolling into the county, Nashville has very aptly been termed โ€œMusic City.โ€ Nashville, with its Vigor and zest for country music, is a lively city that accommodates the grand Grand Ole Opry or delves into the marvels of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum or listens to a live performance at any one of the other venues. Historic district which includes boutiques and quaint restaurants, as well as old houses like antebellum mansions, should be toured. Southern cuisine should be tasted, barbecue to hot chicken.

The state capital of Tennessee, Nashville is coincidentally also the second city in the list of the most populous state of the country. History

Founded in 1779, it is named after General Francis Nash who took part in launching the American Revolutionary War. 4.Music Row:ย This is a historical district, which houses a large number of studios and other music enterprises. Walking on Music Row will be a walk through the alive side of Nashville music.

5.Ryman Auditorium:ย Known as the โ€œMother Church of Country Music,โ€ Ryman Auditorium is where generations of the most iconic performances took place. Guided tours of the venue reveal important historical moments and architecture so often hidden from public view.

What to Eat

Nashville has more cuisine than any other city in the United States. Here is a rundown of must-try foods:

Hot Chicken:ย No hot chicken exists without Nashvilleโ€™s cousin of spicy chicken, in particular pickles and white bread along with it. Good places to try this are at Hattie Bโ€™s or Princeโ€™s.
